Hanoi: Establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association

(CLO) The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is a social organization that operates under its charter approved by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District. The association abides by the legal regulations and is under the state management of the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee and related departments in the field of the association’s activities.

On October 10, 2023, the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District (Hanoi) issued Document No. 2188/QD-UBND, which is the Decision on permitting the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is a social organization that operates according to the charter approved by the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District. It complies with the legal regulations and is under the state management of the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District and related departments.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association has legal status, its own seal, and a separate account in accordance with the current state regulations. The association ensures its own funding, headquarters, and operational means. The Decision takes effect from the date of signing, October 10, 2023.

According to the representative of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association's Establishment Committee, the association will serve as a bridge between enterprises, organizations, and individuals legally operating in the tourism and related service sectors, and the functional agencies. The association aims to resolve difficulties and obstacles, creating favorable conditions for sustainable and efficient business operations of its members.

The association contributes to promoting the image of tourism, improving the quality of tourism services in Hoan Kiem District, and contributing to the economic and social development of the Capital and the country. The association also fosters connections, cooperation, and mutual support in terms of economics, technology, business, services, market stability, and enhancing the value and quality of tourism products. This ultimately strengthens the competitiveness of its members both domestically and internationally, representing and protecting the legal rights and interests of its members under the law.

According to the representative of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association's Establishment Committee, the Decision permitting the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is even more meaningful to its members as it was signed on October 10, 2023, coinciding with the 69th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023).
