(LĐTĐ) On October 10, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District issued Decision No. 2188/QĐ-UBND approving the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association has legal status, its own seal, and a bank account in accordance with current State regulations. The Association is financially self-sufficient, managing its own funds, office, and operational resources. The decision was signed on October 10, 2023, and took effect from the date of signing.

According to the representatives of the Founding Committee of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association, the Association will serve as a bridge between businesses, organizations, and individuals legally engaged in tourism, tourism services, and related fields, and the relevant authorities. It aims to address challenges, create favorable conditions for the sustainable and effective business operations of its members.

The Association also contributes to promoting and enhancing the image of tourism, improving the quality of tourism services in Hoan Kiem District, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the capital and the country. Additionally, it fosters connections, cooperation, and mutual support in terms of economy, technology, business, and services, stabilizes the market, enhances the value and quality of tourism products, and improves the competitiveness of its members both domestically and internationally. The Association also represents and protects the legitimate rights and interests of its members in accordance with the law.

According to the representatives of the Founding Committee, the Decision to establish the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is even more meaningful to its members, as it was signed on October 10, 2023, coinciding with the 69th anniversary of Hanoi’s Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023).
