On October 10, 2023, the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District issued Decision No. 2188/QĐ-UBND, approving the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is a social organization that operates based on its Charter approved by the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee. It adheres to legal regulations and is subject to state management by the Hoan Kiem District People's Committee and relevant departments in its field of activities.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association has legal status, its own seal, and a bank account in accordance with current State regulations. The Association is financially self-sufficient, managing its own funds, office, and operational resources.

The decision was signed on October 10, 2023, and took effect from the date of signing. According to representatives of the Founding Committee of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association, the Association will serve as a bridge between businesses, organizations, and individuals legally engaged in tourism, tourism services, and related fields, and the relevant authorities. Its purpose is to address challenges, create favorable conditions, and ensure the sustainable and effective business operations of its members.
