The Hoan Kiem District People's Committee (Hanoi) has recently issued Document No. 2188/QD-UBND on the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is a social organization that operates under its charter approved by the People's Committee of Hoan Kiem District, adhering to legal regulations and under the state management of the People's Committee and relevant departments in the field of its activities.

The Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association has legal status, its own seal, and a separate account according to the current state regulations. It is self-funded and responsible for its headquarters and operational means. The Decision was signed on October 10, 2023, and took effect from the date of signing.

According to the representative of the Establishment Committee, the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association will act as a bridge between businesses, organizations, and legally operating individuals in the fields of tourism, tourism services, and related sectors with the relevant authorities. The goal is to address challenges, create favorable conditions for sustainable and effective business activities for its members.

Additionally, it will contribute to promoting the image of tourism and improving the quality of tourism services in Hoan Kiem District, contributing to the socio-economic development of the Capital and the country. The association also fosters economic and technical cooperation, mutual business support, market stability, and enhances the value and quality of tourism products, strengthening the competitiveness of its members both domestically and internationally. It represents and protects the legal rights and interests of its members in accordance with the law.

According to the representative of the Establishment Committee, the Decision permitting the establishment of the Hoan Kiem District Tourism Association is even more meaningful to its members as it was signed on October 10, 2023, coinciding with the 69th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2023).
