Recently, storm No. 3 (Yagi) has caused a lot of damage and disrupted the lives of people in Hanoi in general, and the two wards of Chuong Duong and Phuc Tan (Hoan Kiem district) in particular. These are two wards with special geographical locations near the Red River and are heavily affected by floods.

 

In recent days, many families have had to evacuate to avoid storms and floods, and have faced many difficulties in their daily lives. Children themselves have not been able to go to school, and their studies have been affected by the rain, wind, and floods.

 

More specifically, during the Mid-Autumn Festival - the festival of reunion this year, many children and their families are having to worry and struggle to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and are unable to stabilize their lives.

With the spirit of "Mutual love and support", "Sharing and love", on the afternoon of September 16, many working delegations of Hoan Kiem district led by Vice Chairmen of the district People's Committee came to give gifts to children and students in difficult circumstances in the two wards of Chuong Duong and Phuc Tan.
